How Our cattle Get From Our Ranch To Your Table
From Pasture to Plate: How Your Meat is Raised, Butchered, and Delivered
1. Raised Right from the Start Our animals are pasture-raised, meaning they spend their lives grazing freely on open grasslands, just as nature intended. They’re never confined to feedlots, and are raised without the use of growth hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. This not only supports animal welfare, but also results in cleaner, more flavorful meat.
2. Harvested Humanely When the animals reach maturity, they are transported with care to a local. Humane handling is a top priority every step of the way, ensuring a respectful and stress-free process that preserves meat quality.
3. Customizable Butchering Here’s where your preferences come in. Unlike grocery store options, we offer a custom butcher process, so you can choose: • Your cuts (steaks, roasts, ground, ribs, etc.) • Thickness or weight of cuts • Bone-in or boneless • Packaging size (single portions, family packs, etc.) We work directly with skilled butchers to ensure you get exactly what fits your kitchen and lifestyle. Whether you’re feeding a family or meal prepping solo, we make it easy to build a box of cuts that suit your needs.
4. Packed & Delivered with Care Once your custom order is processed, your meat is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and carefully packed in eco-friendly, insulated boxes to maintain peak freshness. We ship directly to your door—no middleman, no grocery store markups. 5. Ready for Your Table From nourishing soups to grilled favorites, your pasture-raised meat is ready to be the centerpiece of meals you feel good about serving. It’s the ultimate combination of taste, transparency, and trust.
